Story of the lawsuit being filed against West Sixth Brewing

This is crazy! And this isn't the first time Magic Hat has done this. Back in 2010 they threatened a lawsuit against Georgetown Brewing in the state of Washington over their beer "9lb. porter" named after a legendary, prohibition era bar in Seattle. Georgetown decided it wasn't worth it and changed the name to Georgetown Porter.

By the way West Sixth brewing needs to be added to the Kentucky V&B's list :D
A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

It sounds like they do not serve their own food.

Yeah, I saw that later. I was on their website and I just saw the link that says beer/food menu so I actually thought they had a menu without clicking it. Clicked in it yesterday to see what was on it and all they have is soft pretzels and beer cheese for dunking it.

I had come across these guys awhile ago just after you posted a rough list for KY before we headed down to TN. I remember thinking the controversial logo was really cool but never thought it reminded me of Magic Rat, probably because it's only similar to one of their beer labels and not their company identity logo. Really want to go back to KY to check them out along with the brewpubs you listed and the brewery Country Boy Brewing.https://m.facebook.com/CountryBoyBrewing?id=228119803893325&_rdr
